  • One hundred private marina slips from 20' to 60' available on a first come, first serve basis, in priority to residents, offering power, water, Wi-Fi, washrooms, showers and fuel dock with attendant services. Limited covered slips available for antique boats. Harbourside launch ramp for skiffs, canoes and kayaks.
  • Waterfront restaurant housed within a re-creation of Brockville's original rowing club, offering fine dining in an elegant sporting atmosphere.

Fire Sprinklers

  • Your family's safety is paramount. Notwithstanding that there are no requirements to sprinkler high-rise residential condominiums in Ontario; Tall Ships Landing will be installing sprinklers in all suites of “The Lookout”.

Mechanical

  • For your comfort and enjoyment we are providing a Central Heating and Cooling System that allows for year-round flexibility to either heat or air-condition your suite to handle the daily fluctuations in solar heat gain through the large picture windows.
  • This energy efficient mechanical system is designed to redistribute heat derived from suites being air-conditioned to those requiring heat.
  • This design also intends to make use of the waters of the St. Lawrence River for cooling.
  • In-suite Heat Recovery Ventilators will improve indoor air quality by introducing exterior fresh air without the associated cost of heating and cooling (optional).
  • Natural gas is to be provided to each suite such that with the installation of a gas fireplace (optional) the suite can be heated even in the event of a power outage.
  • Natural gas BBQ's (optional) may also be fitted on suite balconies (subject to approval) (Stays'l Suite exempt).

Recycling

  • For your convenience, the facilitation of recycling has been provided by an automated waste management chute. From each floor, residents can select which recycling stream they wish to use.

Your design consultant will guide you through the design process, allowing you to personalize your kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities from an extensive list of standard selections as well as from the entire upgrade collection of door styles, stains, paint colours, glazes, countertops, drawer options and unique custom details
